Examinations are conducted at the end of every Term and Regular Reports are given out. Unit Tests are also conducted to improve the performance of the students. Promotion shall entirely depend on the students performance in these examinations.

• To offer the child a well balanced Programme of personal development.
• Promotion at the end of the year will be based on a total continuous Assessment. In every subject 40% marks must be scored for promotion.
• Passing in Internal assessment is compulsory.
• Students who are absent for any assessment there is no provision made for any supplementary Test.
• The results of the Final Assessment are final and cannot be changed.
• A student will not be allowed to repeat the same class for a third year and has to leave the school.
• In all question for promotion or failure the Principal's decision is final.

Note: The principal, guided by the common code of Justice and Fair Play can exercise his discretionary powers of changing any of the condition mentioned above in exceptional cases.
